This role requires a hands-on engineering with installation, configuration, optimisation, and ongoing maintenance of HP and Xerox print environments .   Key Responsibilities Install, configure, and optimise HP and Xerox multifunction printers, copiers, and production print devices at customer sites Provide break-fix support, diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network-related print issues Perform preventative and scheduled maintenance Produce accurate technical documentation, service reports, and configuration records in line with SLAs   Experience, Skills & Personal Qualities Photocopiers / MFD diagnostics  Solid understanding of print servers, networking protocols, Active Directory/LDAP integration, and print queue management Strong troubleshooting skills Ability to interpret technical manuals, service bulletins, and diagnostic tools Excellent customer-facing communication skills, with the ability to work independently or as part of a field team Desirable Qualifications HP  Xerox  CompTIA A+, Network+, or equivalent IT ...
