Onsite IT Support Engineer - South Mimms - Temp to Perm Here at Lucid we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced IT Support Engineer; this will be onsite in South Mimms. This will be on a 3-month initial engagement, with a view to go permanent.Duties and Responsibilities: Install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications Building devices using SCCM, Intune and similar Monitor and maintain computer systems and networksTalk clients through a series of actions, either face-to-face or over the phone, to help set up systems or resolve issuesTroubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults replace parts as requireProvide support, including procedural documentation and relevant reportsFollow diagrams and written instructions to repair a fault or set up a systemSupport the roll-out of new applicationsSet up new users'' accounts and profiles and deal with password issuesRespond within agreed time limits to callsWork continuously on a task until completion (or refer to third parties or senior team if appropriate) If you are available and interested in this opportunity, please apply for further information.
