What You''ll Be Doing:Acting as the face of the IT department at the onsite Tech BarProviding first-line support for hardware and software issues (Windows OS, MS Office, mobile devices)Troubleshooting laptop issues, including RAM/battery swaps and re-imaging devicesAssisting users with connectivity issues, password resets, and printer supportSupporting new starters with setup and onboardingOffering proactive laptop health checks and floor-walking during major incidentsHelping with meeting room tech setup and visitor supportManaging returns, stock replenishment, and basic diagnosticsSupporting internal events and identifying service improvementsWhat We''re Looking For:Strong experience with Windows OS and general PC troubleshootingFamiliarity with ITSM ticketing systemsExcellent communication and customer service skillsAbility to multitask and prioritise in a busy environmentA proactive, flexible, and team-oriented approachWhy Apply?Be part of a dynamic, people-first tech services teamWork in a visible, valued role supporting a major public sector ..... full job details .....
