Onsite Executive

Reed Talent Solutions are hiring in Slough!We''re looking to recruit an Onsite Executive to join our Angard Staffing department and support our Aviation Service Delivery Team! The Aviation Service Delivery Team work across the full staffing journey, from the start of a candidate''s recruitment process through to engaging with clients and candidates, managing staffing requirements and ensuring seamless workforce deployment. This role is a full-time role (40 hours per week), working Tuesday-Saturday 13:00-22:00, during the peak period, some shifts will start later and finish at 00:30.This is a fixed term contract until December 2026.What''s an Onsite Executive?As an Onsite Executive, you''ll be managing the deployment and engagement of Angard workers at Heathrow Worldwide Distribution Centre, working directly with clients, site managers, and candidates. You''ll be supporting in booking and supervising training and inductions.You''ll be:Managing our bespoke booking system, JoinedUpHandling face-to-face, phone calls and emails from candidates and managersManaging shift patterns and rotas as per site requirementsMaintaining positive working relationships with key stakeholders across the client groupManaging induction and training booking, and supervising training sessionsEnsuring all candidates are issued with ID badges.What are we looking for?We''re looking for engaging, customer service professionals who are confident and committed to delivering an outstanding service to our ..... full job details .....
