About the Role:
As an Onsite Delivery Consultant, you will play a key role in supporting the recruitment process by completing a range of tasks. The onsite office operates between 5:30am and 11:00pm, so flexibility with working hours is essential. Your responsibilities will include:
- Onboarding & Compliance: Ensure all pre-employment checks and onboarding steps are completed to a compliant and professional standard before candidates start work.
- Workforce Coordination: Monitor attendance, track absences, and arrange backfills or shift cover as required. Maintain accurate staff and holiday trackers.
- Systems Use & Data Management: Learn and use internal systems for tracking candidate records, timesheets, holiday bookings, and clock-in/clock-out data. Ensure all information is recorded and maintained accurately.
- Payroll Support & Reporting: Provide accurate data for payroll processing and assist with producing headcount and operational reports as required.
- Issue Handling: Deal with day-to-day issues raised by temporary workers or site managers, including pay queries, absence management, and general support.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Strong customer service skills to engage with candidates, account managers, and clients.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Initiative and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and email communication.
- A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential due to the need for occasional travel between local sites and the flexibility required for early starts or late finishes.
