The client is a leading manufacturer of domestic and commercial boilers, and this role will play a key part in supporting the temporary workforce and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of onsite recruitment operations. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and approachable individual who enjoys working with people in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Act as the main point of contact for all agency workers on-site. Conduct inductions and site tours for new starters. Monitor attendance, lateness and absence levels.
