On-Site Coordinator Location: Bamber Bridge, PrestonPay Rate: £14.19 per hourHours: Monday to Friday, 6:00am to 2:00pmContract: TemporaryAbout the Role We are currently recruiting for an On-Site Coordinator to be based at one of our key client''s manufacturing facilities in Bamber Bridge. The client is a leading manufacturer of domestic and commercial boilers, and this role will play a key part in supporting the temporary workforce and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of onsite recruitment operations.This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and approachable individual who enjoys working with people in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Key Responsibilities Act as the main point of contact for all agency workers on-site.Conduct inductions and site tours for new starters.Monitor attendance, lateness and absence levels.Liaise with client management regarding staffing requirements and workforce planning.Support recruitment activities including candidate screening, interviewing and onboarding.Maintain accurate personnel and compliance records.Collate timesheets and attendance information for payroll processing.Carry out welfare checks and return-to-work discussions where appropriate.Ensure compliance with employment legislation, client requirements and health and safety procedures.Build and maintain strong working relationships with both agency workers and client representatives.Produce regular reports relating to staffing levels, attendance and recruitment ..... full job details .....
