You will be supporting the day-to-day delivery of temporary workforce services within a logistics or industrial client environment, ensuring safe, compliant and consistent workforce fulfilment while building strong operational relationships.Details: Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 per annumLocation: LutterworthHours of work: Operational shift flexibility requiredDuration: Permanent Key Responsibilities: Manage daily attendance and shift fulfilment on site. Act as first point of contact for workers and management team Monitor absence trends and workforce stability. Ensure documentation compliance for all deployed workers. Support worker engagement and induction processes. Maintain accurate site-level reporting both weekly and monthly Monitor adherence to agreed pay and rate structures. Coordinate immediate response to last-minute workforce changes. Maintain professional client communication standards.
