In this role, you will plan and deliver tailored lessons designed to close learning gaps, build confidence, and help pupils re-engage with their education. Many of the young people you will support have been out of formal schooling for a period of time, so patience, encouragement, and a flexible teaching approach are essential. Prospero Teaching will work closely with you to support pupil progress and ensure positive learning outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Provide one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions tailored to the needs of each student Support students in subjects including Maths, English, Science.
