Job Description:The Online Trading Assistant is responsible for supporting the vision through execution of online tasks for all country websites. Working closely with the Online Trading Officers and wider Trading team, the Online Trading assistant will support the execution of product priorities across all websites whilst identifying opportunities to improve the on-site customer journey and maximise online sales.What you''ll do:Partner with Online Trading to present credible opportunities to maximise sales online. Aim to improve customer engagement as part of everyday trading whilst adopting a customer mindsetWork closely within a GM Partnership to drive department sales and elevate the online customer experienceReview, share and identify themes in performance of brands, searches and product pagesOwn and action regular website housekeeping including quick links, navigation, IBI and facetsSupport the on-site customer journey through proactively owning merchandising hierarchy mapping, ..... full job details .....
