ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking an experienced Online Sales Lead to join our Commercial team and support the development of sustainable income for specialist end of life care. Reporting to the Head of Commercial, the role will support the growth and day to day operation of the charity''s online commercial activities, maximising income while delivering excellent customer experience. This role will be central to the set up and development of our online retail operation, including researching and selecting online marketplaces, establishing processes, creating product listings, developing pricing and stock management approaches, training volunteers and supporting the launch of the online service. Working to online sales targets and net profitability, the postholder will source appropriate donated products from retail stores and other avenues, promoting them online to achieve the highest return while pricing accurately and competitively.
