You ll be the driving force behind our digital storefront, orchestrating a seamless online operation, managing fast-paced fulfillment, and ensuring our customers experience the very best of Morrisons. Reporting into the Store Manager, You will lead, motivate, and develop a flexible team of colleagues to deliver operational excellence across our Home Delivery, Click and Collect, and rapid on-demand delivery channels. What you''ll be doing day-to-day: E-Commerce and Immediacy: Oversee the end-to-end online operation, ensuring fast, accurate picking and seamless execution of home delivery and rapid "immediacy" orders. Customer First: Champion excellent service, review feedback, and ensure market-leading product availability for online shoppers. People Leadership: Manage scheduling, absence, performance, and training; build a flexible team capable of working across the digital department. Operational Excellence: Hit fulfillment and delivery targets, manage budgets (including shrinkage and waste), and take on Duty Manager responsibilities for the wider store.
