Online Implementation Support Executive
Our client, a travel management company, is seeking an Online Implementation Support Executive to be involved in all aspects of the travel technology with a strong focus on online client services; taking responsibility for implementing and supporting corporate online booking tools. This role is Monday-Friday and based in their office in Hampshire and comes with a competitive salary dependent on experience.Online Implementation Support Executive duties: Give technical presentations and training to corporate clients Provide technical support to and training to all departments Maintain and develop company Intranet site Be fully conversant with the full portfolio of services and online booking tools Assist with IT troubleshooting and reconciliation duties Account manage any designated accounts Online Implementation Support Executive skills required: Sound working knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10/11 Fully competent in MS Office Excellent written English Knowledge of online booking tools and passion for technology Experience in the travel industry an advantage Good attention to detail Additional information: Office based Monday- Friday Competitive salary Company benefits ..... full job details .....
