You''ll play a key role in delivering capacity projects across our store estate, identifying innovative ways to improve operational efficiency, and ensuring our stores have the right infrastructure to support customer collections and returns. Working with a wide range of stakeholders across the business, you''ll help drive programmes from concept through to implementation, balancing operational needs, customer experience, and financial performance. What You''ll Be Doing Programme Delivery Support the delivery of format and capacity initiatives, including parcel rooms, racking solutions, and customer collections and returns infrastructure. Coordinate projects from planning through to implementation, ensuring alignment with wider business priorities. Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver programmes effectively and on time. Visit stores to review completed works, sign-off installations, and support handover into operational use.
