Manage the onboarding and operational management of concession brands on Harrods.com.Oversee the daily tasks of two coordinators as a people manager.Support the Concession Manager on business projects, share the divisional strategy amongst partnering teams, and monitor and revise online publishing processes.Support the management of new concession onboarding processes for the Harrods Store and e-concession model, including working directly with the Concession Manager and the Concession brands.Develop yourself to understand the digital systems and educate the team to resolve issues.Ensure launches are tracked and dates are met, working closely with Studio teams to ensure products launch within the agreed SLAs, and own the Seasonal and Production trackers.Use stakeholder management to build relationships internally; partnering the Online Assistant Trade Managers, Trading Teams and Buying and Merchandising functions, optimise the online operational trading of existing Concession brands and processes, and develop project management capability.Your strengths will lay in the commercial understanding and the power of fast movement, and you will want to discover better end-to-end production processes.In return, you’ll receive a benefits package including a company pension, flexible working, 25 days’ holiday, and your birthday off, up to 33% in-store discount across the food hall and restaurants, and a season ticket loan.About You
