      <description>Location: Morecambe | Salary: &amp;pound;15.00/hour | Type: Contract | Year 4 1:1 Teaching Assistant - Morecambe Primary School    Veritas Education are recruiting for a dedicated and compassionate 1:1 Teaching Assistant to support a Year 4 pupil at a welcoming primary school in Morecambe.    This is a full-time position starting in September, working Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 3:15pm.   The Role   You will be providing individual support to a Year 4 pupil with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC) who is currently unable to fully access the classroom curriculum. The pupil can become dysregulated, displaying behaviours such as repetitive looping, and currently spends much of the day working outside the classroom environment.  Working closely with the school''s SEND team, class teacher and external professionals, you will:   Build a positive and trusting relationship with the pupil.  Support emotional regulation and engagement throughout the school day.  Deliver tailored activities and individual projects to meet the pupil''s needs and interests.  Provide structured support outside the classroom environment.  Encourage social interaction and communication development.
