One-to-One Teaching Assistant - Liverpool

We are looking for someone who is passionate about providing the best education for pupils with Special Educational Needs and can provide the very best education support for every pupil. Applicants should possess relevant qualifications and experience suitable for working with children of primary school age and experience of supporting children with special educational needs is essential. This is a full-time, long-term role with a daily rate of up to 100 per day, offering the opportunity to make a lasting impact in a child''s life.The role will require the following:Experience of successfully supporting Special Education Needs pupilsExperience of supporting a child on a 1:1 or children in a small group basis.Experience of working with children with physical, communication and social needs.Has experience of using Picture Exchange Communication System (PECS)Can maintain a safe and positive environment for all learnersProvide support for all children at break and lunchtimesCan plan, prepare and participate in a range of activities that promotes the child''s holistic development, including physical, intellectual, emotional needs and encourages social interaction between the child and other children and adults.A clear understanding of appropriate professional relationships and protocols when working with pupils and ..... full job details .....
