The Role As a 1:1 Teaching Assistant, you will: Provide individual support to a Year 2 pupil with SEND and behavioural challenges. Build a positive and trusting relationship to support engagement and learning. Implement behaviour support strategies and follow individual support plans. Assist the class teacher in adapting learning activities to meet the pupil's needs. Support the pupil's emotional regulation and social development.
