Role and Responsibilities As a Study Skills Tutor, you will play a pivotal role in empowering students with SPLDs. You will design and deliver individualised learning plans, guiding students toward effective study strategies. Main tasks include Develop and implement individualised learning plans tailored to each student''s unique needs. Guide students in effective study strategies and techniques. Assess student progress regularly and adapt learning plans accordingly. Collaborate effectively with Randstad to ensure a cohesive approach to student support. Utilise online teaching technologies to enhance the learning experience Create engaging and personalised learning materials. Requirements Proven experience working with students with SPLD''s Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in utilising online teaching technologies. Ability to develop and implement individualised learning plans. Experience with creating personalised learning materials. Commitment to inclusive education and student success. Strong organisational and time-management skills. A passion for helping students achieve their academic goals.
