Onboarding Specialist Location: Bishopsgate, London (Hybrid) Rate: £185 per day (Inside IR35 via Umbrella) Contract: 10 Months initially (Highly Likely to Extend)We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Onboarding Specialist to join a leading global organisation and play a vital role in creating an outstanding onboarding experience for new employees. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with onboarding, HR administration, or staffing operations experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.As an Onboarding Specialist, you will manage the end-to-end onboarding process, ensuring all new hires receive a seamless experience from offer acceptance through to their first week. You will work closely with hiring teams, candidates, and third-party vendors to ensure onboarding activities are completed accurately and on time.Key Responsibilities:Manage the onboarding process from offer stage through to successful onboardingGenerate and administer employment offers accurately and efficientlyCoordinate and monitor background checks through third-party providersManage identity verification processes and onboarding documentationMaintain accurate employee and onboarding data within HR systemsSupport new hires throughout the onboarding journey, ensuring timely completion of all requirementsCoordinate onboarding communications, Welcome Day activities, and required documentationIdentify onboarding issues early and provide effective resolutionsCollaborate ..... full job details .....
