Onboarding Manager Sir Robert McAlpine has secured a prestigious contract to construct a state-of-the-art Battery Manufacturing Facility. The initial phase of the project includes the design and construction of a new 15GWh lithium-ion battery facility, ancillary buildings, and site-wide external works. We are looking for someone to join our team as an Onboarding Manager to oversee all site inductions of subcontractors. Why join us? The Onboarding Manager role A member of the project team reporting to the Senior Health, Safety and Wellbeing Manager, you will be responsible for the organisation, coordination and delivery of all site inductions for subcontractors, staff and visitors. An important aspect of the inductions will be to evidence compliance with SRMs health and safety regulations and company procedures.
