Onboarding Manager (Site Implementation)Location: Croydon, UK (Hybrid - 2 days in the office, 3 days remote)About the RoleWe''re looking for an organised and proactive Onboarding Manager (Site Implementation) to lead the successful delivery of new customer sites from signed contract through to live operation.This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing technology business where you''ll be responsible for turning new client projects into fully operational, revenue-generating sites. You''ll work across software, hardware, connectivity and operational delivery, coordinating multiple stakeholders to ensure every implementation is completed successfully.You don''t need to be a technical specialist. You''ll be supported by experienced product, operations and technical teams who will provide the expertise you need. Your role is to bring everything together-turning client requirements into a clear delivery plan and ensuring every project reaches a successful conclusion.Key ResponsibilitiesTake ownership of the end-to-end onboarding and implementation of new customer sites.Conduct client discovery sessions and desktop site assessments to understand operational requirements and identify the most effective implementation approach.Develop site implementation plans covering hardware, connectivity, system configuration, signage, pricing structures, operational rules and customer requirements.Create and manage project plans, ensuring activities are delivered on time and dependencies ..... full job details .....
