This is a varied and people-focused role that requires regular travel between our sites in Loughborough (LE11), Heanor (DE75) and Langley Mill (NG16). You will play a key role in coordinating onboarding activities, building relationships across the business and ensuring new employees have everything they need before they start. What You''ll Be Doing As our Onboarding Coordinator, you''ll act as the central point of contact for all onboarding activities, working closely with new starters, hiring managers, the Recruitment Team and key internal stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include: Managing the onboarding journey from offer acceptance through to successful induction. Liaising regularly with new starters, providing support and guidance ahead of their start date. Coordinating onboarding activities with hiring managers and internal departments. Ensuring all onboarding documentation, compliance checks and administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time. Working closely with the Recruitment Team to ensure a seamless transition from recruitment to onboarding. Organising equipment, system access, workplace requirements and induction schedules.
