Supplier Onboarding Specialist8 Week Project Contract £212.50 per day 9-5 Monday - Friday We are recruiting a proactive and highly organised Supplier Onboarding Specialist to support an exciting project.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in supplier engagement, customer service, account coordination, procurement support or onboarding who enjoy working in a fast paced, target driven environment.The project involves transitioning suppliers onto either an Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) system or a self service invoicing portal.You will play a key role in contacting suppliers, guiding them through the onboarding process and ensuring they are successfully set up on the relevant platform.The Role Proactively contact suppliers via telephone and email to support and drive onboarding activity. Manage the supplier onboarding process from initial contact through to successful completion. Guide suppliers through registration, portal access and system setup. Answer supplier queries, troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing support. Monitor onboarding progress, maintain accurate records and update tracking systems. Follow up with suppliers to ensure onboarding deadlines and targets are achieved. Identify and escalate any issues that could delay the onboarding process. Liaise with internal teams to ensure a smooth and efficient transition. Deliver a professional and positive experience for suppliers throughout the project.
