They are committed to creating a diverse and inclusive environment, fostering collaboration among talented professionals from various backgrounds.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and execute non-employee onboarding activities accurately and on timeManage onboarding documents for compliance and data integrityBuild strong relationships with managers, suppliers, and stakeholdersProvide excellent customer service and resolve discrepancies quicklyPrioritise requests to meet SLAs and suggest process improvementsEssential Skills and Experience2+ years in admin, business office, or similar environmentExperience in Back Office, Financial Services, or Vendor ManagementProficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)Strong relationship and customer service skillsDegree/associate degree in Business Administration or related fieldExcellent English communication (Spanish a plus) Adecco is a disability-confident employer.
