This pivotal role involves managing the onboarding process for new contractors, ensuring compliance with new legislation, and maintaining strong communication with both internal consultants and contractors. Key Responsibilities: Process the on-boarding of new contractors efficiently and accurately Handle change requests and update records accordingly Ensure strict compliance with company policies and communicate requirements to consultants and contractors Confidently communicate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth on-boarding processes Utilise Excel for filtering data and applying basic formulas Operate internal systems such as TIfo and Bullhorn CRM effectively Adhere to new legislation regarding Right to Work checks for all workers from October Work from home for 1-2 days a week after initial training Job Requirements: Experience in administrative roles with excellent organisational skills Proficiency with Excel, particularly in using filters and basic formulas Familiarity with in-house systems like TIfo and Bullhorn CRM is advanta...
