Lead and manage a team of 5-6 warehouse operatives, ensuring daily tasks are met with efficiency and accuracyCoordinate and monitor inbound and outbound logistics activitiesOversee stock management, inventory accuracy, and warehouse organisationEnsure compliance with health and safety standards and company proceduresCollaborate with senior leadership and the team on day-to-day performance metricsSupport ongoing project work focused on operational improvement or system/process changesIdentify and address training or performance needs within the teamIdeal Candidate

Previous experience as a Warehouse Supervisor, Team Leader, or Operations ManagerStrong leadership and communication skills - able to motivate and guide small teamsOrganised, proactive, and hands-on approach to problem-solvingComfortable working in a fast-paced, time-critical logistics environmentProject experience (e.g., warehouse setup, process change, or performance improvement) is highly desirableAble to commit to a 3-6 month contract with the potential for a longer-term or permanent ..... full job details .....
