End-User Support: Troubleshoot Windows/macOS/mobile devices, IMAC tasks, AV systems and executive (VIP) support.Device Lifecycle: Image/deploy devices (Win 10/MacOS), manage hardware refresh, disposal and warranty repairs.Asset Operations: Lead inventory management, spare parts tracking, depot services and weekly reporting.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Onboard new hires, coordinate vendors and ensure SLA compliance.Youll Need
Technical: 3-5 years IT experienceWindows/macOS deployment expertiseNetworking basics (TCP/IP, Ethernet)A+/MCP certifications (preferred)Soft Skills: B2 EnglishExceptional customer serviceTeam collaboration skillsAdaptability in fast-paced environmentsLogistics
