ON-SITE ACCOUNT MANAGERLocation: Speke, Liverpool Salary: £32,404 per year + bonus Full Time PermanentThe Results People are looking for an experienced and driven On-Site Account Manager to lead our recruitment operation across two sites in Liverpool.You will take responsibility for the day-to-day management and service delivery of an operation supporting approximately agency colleagues, ensuring excellent recruitment, fulfilment, compliance and workforce performance.Key Responsibilities: Managing the day-to-day recruitment operation across two sitesLeading and supporting the on-site recruitment teamManaging approximately agency colleaguesEnsuring recruitment and fulfilment targets are achievedMonitoring attendance, retention and workforce performanceManaging inductions, new starters and complianceBuilding strong relationships with the client s operational teamsManaging workforce planning and changing requirementsProducing regular operational and performance reportsResolving colleague and client queries quickly and professionally What We re Looking For:Previous experience within recruitment, account management or high-volume workforce management is preferred.You will need to be highly organised, confident managing people and comfortable taking ownership of a busy, fast-paced operation.This is an excellent opportunity to manage a significant client operation with genuine opportunities for further career progression.£32,404 per year + bonusThe Results People PEOPLE. ..... full job details .....
