Urgent Requirement - On-Site Account Manager - Midlands and North

Basic salary up to £30,000 (negotiable) plus bonus and high OTE.

Our client manages several blue-chip sites, providing driving and warehouse staff. Due to expansion, they seek an On-Site Account Manager for their client site in Rugby.

The site manages approximately 70 drivers daily, peaking at 150, all LGV1. The ideal candidate will have recruitment and on-site experience with drivers, and be skilled in producing MI reports, setting KPIs, peak planning, and conducting service reviews.
