Briefly the-duties are: Dealing with client quotes, both verbally and in writing.- Sending out client correspondence. Checking client id- Opening new files and passing to relevant fee earner. Allocating new cases to the fee earners. We are ideally looking for candidates with 12 months office experience gained in a legal environment but more importantly, you must be a confident communicator, organised with attention to detail and smart appearance.
