Established in 2009, we are an FCA-regulated claims management company serving customers throughout the UK. We specialise in accident management, credit hire and personal injury claims. We handle motor accident claims, including those involving cars, vans, motorbikes, and cycles. We are seeking experienced OIC claim handlers to efficiently and effectively process claims, deliver exceptional customer service, and achieve positive outcomes for our clients.ResponsibilitiesManage personal injury claims resulting from road traffic accidentsProcess vehicle damage claims and credit hire claimsEnsure files are handled promptly, accurately, and efficientlyCommunicate professionally with clients, insurers, and third partiesDeliver excellent customer service while working towards favourable outcomesQualificationsKnowledge of personal injury claims, RTA claims handling, and credit hire claimsExperience in client communication, negotiation, and providing high-quality customer serviceStrong understanding of legal documentation and claims processing proceduresExcellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask effectivelyAbility to work independently and collaboratively as part of a teamQualifications in Law, Paralegal Studies, or a related discipline is advantageous but not essential Experience within a solicitor''s office or the insurance sector is advantageousEmployment DetailsType: Full-timeIndustry: Legal ServicesThis is a full-time, on-site position based in ..... full job details .....
