Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Ofsted Registration Consultant to join our expanding team. The Opportunity This is more than a compliance role. You''ll work directly with providers, Registered Managers and Responsible Individuals, supporting them from initial planning through to successful registration. Whether helping a first-time provider open their first children''s home or supporting an established organisation to expand, you''ll be a trusted adviser throughout the process. You''ll combine regulatory expertise with practical guidance, helping clients achieve registration efficiently while laying strong foundations for long-term success. Key Responsibilities Lead Ofsted registration projects from initial enquiry through to approval. Review applications, policies, Statements of Purpose and supporting documentation.
