Ofsted Registered Service Manager/Nominated Individual

Pealby Living is looking for an experienced and ambitious Registered Service Manager/Nominated Individual to lead our newly Ofsted registered Supported Accommodation service for young people aged 16-18 in Swindon. This is an exciting opportunity for a confident manager, a children social worker or a deputy looking to step up and take on a new challenge and who can hit the ground running, take ownership and build on an already established relationship with the Local Authority. As this is a dual Registered Manager/Nominated Individual role, you will have responsibility for both the day-to-day management of the service and its wider regulatory, compliance, quality and governance arrangements. The Role You will take the lead in ensuring the service is safe, compliant, well-led and focused on achieving positive outcomes for young people. Key responsibilities include: Lead the day-to-day operation and development of the service. Ensure compliance with the Supported Accommodation (England) Regulations 2023 and relevant Quality Standards. Maintain and strengthen our existing relationship with the Local Authority, commissioners and professional partners. Lead safeguarding, risk management, incidents and complaints. Lead, supervise and develop the existing staff team. Ensure young people''s support plans, risk assessments and records are accurate, effective and outcome-focused.
