Service Manager - Ofsted Registered Location: Chorley, Lancashire Salary: 45,000 - 50,000 per annum Our client, a reputable organisation dedicated to supporting young people, is hiring for a passionate Ofsted Registered Service Manager to oversee three supported accommodation sites in Chorley. You will lead a team to deliver high-quality, person-centred support for up to 30 young people aged 16-24, ensuring safety, compliance, and positive outcomes. What you''ll be doing as the Ofsted Registered Service Manager: Oversee the quality, safety, and performance of services across multiple sites Ensure full compliance with Ofsted standards and Supported Accommodation regulations Lead, develop, and motivate teams through effective recruitment, coaching, and safeguarding practices Maintain accurate records and manage budgets to balance financial sustainability with excellent person-centred care Build strong relationships with local authorities, commissioners, and community partners Drive continuous improvement through audits, service reviews, and quality assurance activities Support young people to develop independence and confidence in a nurturing environment What you''ll bring: Proven experience as an Ofsted Registered Manager within supported accommodation or similar settings Strong knowledge of safeguarding, statutory frameworks, and Ofsted regulations Strong knowledge in housing and property management Excellent leadership skills with the ability to ..... full job details .....
