OFSTED Registered ManagerSalary: £45,000 - £55,000 DOELocation: Edgbaston, BirminghamOutreach Staffing Solutions are working with a client who are seeking to recruit a passionate and experienced OFTSED Registered Manager to lead a solo children''s home in Southport, Merseyside.This is an exciting opportunity for a strong, child-centred leader who is committed to delivering outstanding care, developing high-performing teams, and creating a safe, nurturing environment where children can thrive.About the roleAs the OFTSED Registered Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the day-to-day management of the home, ensuring the highest standards of care, safeguarding, and compliance with Ofsted regulations.You will:Provide inspirational leadership to a dedicated care teamEnsure the home meets and exceeds Ofsted and regulatory standards, including Children''s Home (England) Regulations 2015 and the Children Act 1989 and 2004.Promote a positive, therapeutic environment focused on individual outcomesOversee care planning, risk management, and safeguarding practicesManage staff recruitment, training, supervision, and performanceWork closely with placing authorities, families, and external professionalsMaintain accurate records, policies, and quality assurance systemsWhat are we looking for in the OFTSED Registered Manager?We are looking for someone who:Holds a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent)Currently registered/ been ..... full job details .....
