This is a rare opportunity to take genuine ownership of an Ofsted-registered IFA at a pivotal point in its growth. We are looking for an RM who will run the service as their own (with loads of support!), grow the carer base across the Mids and lead the agency toward Outstanding. The role is largely home-based with Teams-based team meetings, in a trust-based, flexible working arrangement. A part-time start scaling to full-time is available for the right candidate.
