Make a Difference Every Day We are recruiting on behalf of our valued client, a London specialist provider of care and support for Children and Young People aged 8 -17 years with emotional and behavioural difficulties, learning difficulties, and/or history of mental health problems. As a Registered Manager, you will be required to cover two sites. You will play a key role in shaping positive outcomes for the children and young people in looked after care, while leading and supporting a dedicated staff team and being the driver of excellence. To apply, you must: Must be Ofsted Registered Have proven experience in residential children s care At least two years experience relevant to managing/leading a residential care within the last five years At least one year experience supervising and managing professional staff. Hold an NVQ/QCF Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care and Children and Young People s Services/NVQ Level 4 in Health and Social Care specifically in Residential Childcare (or equivalent) The ability to deliver at least good rating in the home s first Ofsted inspection or maintain an outstanding rating Be flexible, resilient, and passionate about making a difference and working towards company goals Key Responsibilities: As a Registered Manager, you will: Provide day-to-day leadership and act as a positive role model Manage referrals into the service from a variety of sources Ensure that high quality support and transition services are ..... full job details .....
