An Opportunity Has Arisen for an OFSTED Registered Manager to join a well-established residential care provider offering trauma-informed, family-style homes for children and young people.As an OFSTED Registered Manager, you will be leading the daily running of a children s home, ensuring exceptional care and regulatory compliance while guiding a committed team.This full-time role offers a salary of up to £70,000 and benefits.You Will Be Responsible ForOverseeing the smooth operation of the home and maintaining a consistently supportive atmosphereProviding clear, motivational leadership to the care teamEnsuring adherence to OFSTED requirements and all safeguarding standardsBuilding constructive relationships with young people and external professionalsReviewing and updating individual care plans to meet evolving needsChampioning the wellbeing, safety and positive development of every young personWhat We Are Looking ForPreviously worked as a OFSTED Registered Manager, Children''s Home Manager, Registered Care Manager, Registered Home Manager, Registered Manager, Home Manager, Care Manager, Homecare manager or in a similar role.Proven track record of achieving a Good or above Ofsted inspectionHave at least 2 years of experience in residential childcareNVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare, or progress towards itKnowledge of emotional and behavioural difficulties and associated legislationFull UK driving licenceWhat s on OfferCompetitive salary ..... full job details .....
