OFSTED Registered Manager 4 Bed EBD Home (Stoke-on-Trent, ST10)Salary: £60,000 (including bonuses) Location: Stoke-on-Trent, ST10 Service Type: 4 Bed EBD Children s Residential HomeWe are seeking an experienced and motivated OFSTED Registered Manager to lead our brand-new 4-bed Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) home in Stoke-on-Trent. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a lasting impact on young people s lives while being part of a supportive and progressive organisation. Key Responsibilities Provide strong, child-focused leadership to ensure the highest standards of care and safeguarding. Oversee daily operations, compliance, and management of the home in line with OFSTED regulations. Build, develop, and inspire a team of dedicated care professionals. Ensure individualised care plans and positive outcomes for all young people. Drive continuous improvement and maintain a Good or Outstanding OFSTED rating. Requirements Proven experience as a Registered Manager in a children s residential setting. Strong knowledge of OFSTED regulations and Children s Homes Regulations 2015. Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent). Excellent leadership, safeguarding, and communication skills.
