In this role, you will support the management team in providing high-quality care to young people with emotional and behavioral difficulties (EBD). You will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the home, ensuring the safety, well-being, and development of the young residents.Key Responsibilities: Assist in the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring the highest standards of care and safety.Supervise and support staff to ensure effective teamwork and delivery of care.Be a role model for staff, promoting positive behavior and professional development.Work collaboratively with external professionals, families, and social workers.Ensure all paperwork and reports are completed accurately and on time.Support with staff recruitment, training, and development.Handle on-call duties and provide leadership in emergency situations.
