Offshore Hydraulic Technician

We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for experienced Offshore Hydraulic Technicians to support upcoming ad hoc offshore requirements. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced technician with a strong background in hydraulics, Hydraulic Power Units (HPUs), subsea/topside control systems or instrumentation who is available for immediate mobilisation. The Role As an Offshore Hydraulic Technician, you will provide hands-on technical support across offshore operations, with responsibilities potentially including: Installation, maintenance, testing and fault-finding of hydraulic and electro-hydraulic equipment. Working with Hydraulic Power Units (HPUs) and associated hydraulic control systems. Carrying out inspection, testing, maintenance and troubleshooting activities offshore. Supporting commissioning and operational activities as required. Identifying faults and carrying out effective corrective actions. Reading and interpreting hydraulic schematics, technical drawings and documentation. Supporting instrumentation activities, including instrument calibration, where required.
