Offshore Health, Safety and Wellbeing Manager - Avonmouth / OffshoreAstute''s Power team are currently recruiting for an Offshore Health, Safety and Wellbeing Manager to support a major project based in Avonmouth and offshore. This is an opportunity for an experienced HandS professional to lead health and safety delivery, support operational teams and drive continuous improvement across a complex project environment.Role responsibilities and key skills:Lead and manage Health, Safety and Wellbeing resources across the project, ensuring effective support for operational teams.Drive a Zero Harm culture, promoting employee engagement and safe working practices across the project and supply chain.Manage inspection and audit programmes to ensure compliance with management systems, legislation and project requirements.Lead or support incident investigations, ensuring lessons learned are shared and corrective actions are tracked.Monitor HandS performance through KPIs, reporting requirements and leading and lagging indicators.Support project leadership in delivering HandS improvement plans and aligning stakeholders on priorities.Build strong working relationships with clients, operational teams, supply chain partners and regulatory bodies.Lead, develop and coach HandS personnel, supporting team performance and continuous improvement.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of health and safety legislation, regulations and industry guidance.Essential qualifications: NEBOSH Construction ..... full job details .....
