Responsibilities People: managing Section Engineers, Site Engineers, Offshore Client Representatives and supply chain partners Safety: approving method statements and risk assessments, investigating incidents and auditing vessels and sites Technical: coaching the team, approving supplier solutions and solving construction problems Quality: owning the handover documentation (completion files, inspection test plans, non-conformances) Programme: building the resourced programme and tracking productivity against it Commercial: owning the section budget, managing subcontractors and producing records so the company can recover costs Requirements Experience managing offshore or marine construction works and teams CSCS card and a current driving licence SSSTS or SMSTS (site supervisor safety training) STCW-95 or equivalent (basic sea safety training) Able to write programmes, budgets and handover paperwork Willing to work unsociable hours offshore ICE, IHT or similar chartership is desirable, not essential Our Company Rubicon Co...
