You will work directly alongside the Package Manager to drive technical execution, manage a dedicated team of Section/Site Engineers and Offshore Client Representatives, control package budgets, and oversee Tier-1 supply chain partners in a high-stakes offshore environment. Key Responsibilities Package Leadership: Take full operational, technical, and commercial control of assigned marine work packages from preparation through to handover. Team & Subcontractor Management: Direct, coach, and assess competencies for Section Engineers, Site Engineers, and subcontractors, ensuring clear cascading of key project goals.
