Offload Controller

Location: Stevenage (hybrid - 2-3 days per week onsite)Duration: 12 month initial contractRate: 40ph UMB (Inside IR35) Role details:We are looking for an Offload Controller to support our defence client on a contract basis. The role s essential in supporting the Test Equipment Offload across multiple programmes in both Development and Production. This position ensures timely offload task placement and continuous monitoring throughout the process to meet programme requirements. Key Responsibilities:Release and manage all work within the SAP system, ensuring delivery forecasts are accurate and communicated to customers.Support schedule adherence, inventory, and delivery KPIs by executing the planning process efficiently.Maintain precise records within a Data Management System and process data to uphold accuracy.Ensure cross-functional alignment by acting as a bridge between various departments including Engineering, Manufacturing, Procurement, Quality, and external vendors.Collaborate with Goods Receiving, stores, and dispatch (Logistic Services) to resolve queries and maintain SAP accuracy.Support effective non-conformance management controls.Provide advice and support to stakeholders, detailing best practices and contributing to process improvement within the team.Job Requirements:Experience using SAPStrong planning, scheduling, and coordination experienceExperience within Manufacturing, Logistics, or Supply ChainStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesExcellent ..... full job details .....
