Office/Accounts Administrator

OverviewOur client, located in Orpington, is seeking an experienced Office/Accounts Administrator for a one-year contract to cover maternity leave. The role may become permanent for the right candidate. Start date: September 2025. Hours: 9:00 am – 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday with slight flexibility.
Responsibilities
Input invoices onto the system (SAGE).
Document control (training provided).
Health and Safety documentation.
All other general adhoc office duties as requested.
Qualifications
Experience in an Office/Accounts Administrator role; experience in a construction environment would be advantageous.
Strong IT skills (Word, Outlook, Excel).
Excellent customer service skills.
Experience inputting invoices onto SAGE.
Ability to learn and manage document control processes (training provided).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Confident, proactive and a team player.
Employment details
Contract: 12-month maternity cover, with potential for permanent role for the right candidate.
