Office Worker

We are looking for several organised and detail-focussed Office Workers to join our client’s warehouse in Coalville.  This is a hands-on office role in a fast-paced environment where you will be working as part of a small, dedicated team, mostly working independently but contributing to the success of the team. Responsible for scanning and naming artwork as it arrives at the warehouse.

Pay for an Office Worker:

£12.21 per hour

• Weekly pay
• Over time paid after 48 hours per week

Hours for a General Operative:

• Monday to Friday 8:30am – 5pm
• Hours may extend from 7am to 7pm during busy periods

Duties of an Office Worker:

• Scan and process artwork packs
• Handle artwork with care
• Prepare artwork ready for print
• Entering data on to in-house computer system
• Operating scanning software (training provided)
• Navigating files and folders
• Adding names to artwork
• Quality checking.
• Working to hourly and daily targets.
• Repetative tasks.

• Strong organisational and time-management skills
• Hardworking
• Impeccable attention to detail
• Ability to work in an extremely fast paced environment
• Ability to follow instructions.
• Dexterity.
• Attension to detail and to be able to spot issues.
• Ability to navigate different IT systems.
• Basic computer skills for data entry
• Ability to work in a busy and high-demanding environment
• Ability to work effectively and develop good working relationships with colleagues
