40 per week (Monday-Friday, 7 AM - 7 PM; on a shift rota basis)

Responsible for leading a team of 5 Rapport ambassadorsBeing the first point of contact for all employees, contractors, clients and other visitorsManaging, developing and running the office, making certain that an outstanding and unique experience for both employees and their clients, is deliveredResponsible for two customer service team members and all temporary staff. Carrying out their inductions, training, performance reviews.Liaising with different clients and facilitating their projects, meetings and events by booking meeting rooms, offices and catering etc.Liaising with vendors and other contractors on maintenance and AV calls and issue resolution, as requiredAssisting clients with any other requests such as Health and Safety, building management etc.Anticipate project needs, discern work priorities, and meet deadlines by working fully independently.
