We''re looking for an Office Services Team Leader to lead our Digital Post Team, overseeing the efficient processing of incoming and outgoing mail and documents across the business. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong people management skills who enjoys coaching, motivating and developing a team while maintaining service standards and operational performance. The Role As Team Leader, you''ll be responsible for the day-to-day management of the Digital Post Team, ensuring work is completed accurately, efficiently and in line with service level agreements. You''ll work closely with the Business Support Manager to support team performance, resource planning and employee engagement, helping to create a positive and collaborative team environment. Using innovative technology and digital processes, you''ll play a key role in ensuring documents are processed securely and efficiently while maintaining compliance with GDPR and internal policies.
